Three Course:  $55 per head - minimum 4 guests ($75 per head for 2 guests)

Course 1:  Summer greens salad:  farm fresh market greens, julienned jicama and beets, candied seeds, mint, and lime
Course 2:  Royal Chicken:  seared chicken breast stuffed with spinach and roasted red peppers, ginger carrot puree, lemon caper finish
Course 3:  Mini tea cakes and cookies with coffee or tea

Course 1:  Classic Lumpia served with a Sweet Chili Sauce
Course 2:  Pork and Chicken Adobo, served with rice, pickled vegetables, and pancit noodles
Course 3:  Ube Cake with coconut buttercream icing

Second course:  sourdough flatbread with pepper jelly, caramelized onions, fig jam, goat cheese, and scallions
Third course:  spring greens with beets, herbs, and pumpkin seeds in a lime mint dressing
Fourth course:  Lemon chicken with asparagus risotto
Dessert:  pretty in pink cupcakes
